Support for Neurodivergent Families Who Need Real-Life Help

You don’t need more information. You need support that actually fits your life.

The hard moments. The overwhelm. The things no one prepares you for. As a parent of a child on the spectrum, I’ve lived this. Now I support families walking that same path, with guidance that’s practical, understanding, and grounded in real life.

What Makes This Different

This is not a one-size-fits-all program. This is real-life, judgment-free support from someone who understands both the emotional and practical side of raising a neurodivergent child.

No pressure to be perfect

There’s no expectation that your child has to fit a mold, and no pressure to do things perfectly.

We meet your child where they are

And build from there, at the pace that actually works for your family.

Lived experience, not a script

15+ years raising a neurodivergent child, plus deep research and a lot of trial and error.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start, support is here when you’re ready.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. NeuroFamily Co is coaching and peer support, not therapy or clinical treatment. I’m not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical provider. What I offer instead is lived experience, 15+ years of raising a neurodivergent child, plus deep research and a lot of trial and error. If your family needs clinical or medical care, coaching can sit alongside that. It isn’t meant to replace it.

Not at all. Some families come to me right after a diagnosis, some come while they’re still waiting on one, and some come years in. Wherever you are in the process, you’re welcome here.

No, coaching isn’t billed through insurance. Sessions are paid directly, and you can see the pricing for each option above.

St. Louis families can meet in person, and everyone else is welcome virtually. I work with families anywhere, as long as we can connect by video call.

I work with parents and caregivers of kids of any age, from toddlers just starting to show differences to teenagers navigating everything that comes with growing up. The support is really for you as the parent, not a program for your child.

It’s a real, judgment-free conversation, not a script. We talk about what’s hardest right now, whether that’s a meltdown pattern, a diagnosis you’re still processing, a transition that keeps going sideways, or just needing someone to say “that sounds hard.” You’ll leave with things that actually fit your family, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

Clinical therapy and ABA are structured, credentialed treatment, and they matter. Coaching here is different: it’s peer-to-peer, rooted in my own experience raising Levi, not a treatment plan. Think of it as the support that happens between appointments, from someone who’s actually been in the room.

Start with a single 1:1 session. There’s no long-term commitment, and it’s a low-pressure way to see whether this feels like the right kind of support for your family.
